Who’s Behind This Site

I am Zainab. I am a content strategist and have extensive experience in digital content.

ClaudeAIWeb.com was created because I was frustrated. I was using Claude on a regular basis for my clients, and I really needed honest information. I needed comparison articles without the puffery of a press release and tutorials by somebody who knew how to use it and what it could or could not accomplish.

The only things that I was able to come across were websites containing the same information as the Anthropic documentation word-for-word. It seemed as though I needed to create my own website.

My Background With AI Tools

Since 2022, I have been actively using AI writing and research technology, beginning with the initial release of ChatGPT. Eventually, I have tried almost all popular tools, including Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and many others. In my job, I assist in figuring out ways to use AI responsibly in the content team’s workflow.

I came to Claude in early 2024 and found myself returning to it more than any other tool for certain types of work. That consistent use is what gave me enough real experience to write about it usefully.

Everything on this site comes from my direct, ongoing use of these tools in real work situations. It is not from synthetic tests, not from reading other people’s reviews, and not from AI-generated content. I write everything on this site myself.

What This Site Covers

AI Guide: Practical, step-by-step guides on using Claude — getting started, understanding the plans, building useful workflows, and getting better results from your prompts.

AI News: Coverage of Anthropic announcements and Claude updates, written with context. I try to explain what changes actually mean for people using the product, not just what was announced.

Claude Status: A quick reference for whether Claude’s services are running normally, so you can tell if an issue is on your end or theirs.

My Approach to Writing Here

I have a few principles I stick to on this site:

I only write about things I’ve actually used. If I haven’t tested something personally, I say so clearly, or I don’t write about it.

I’m honest about limitations. Claude has real weaknesses. I cover them directly because that’s more useful than promotional content.

I update articles when things change. AI tools move fast. I try to keep guides current rather than leaving outdated information sitting around.

I’m not affiliated with Anthropic. I pay for my own Claude subscription. I have no financial interest in Anthropic whatsoever and, hence, nothing to gain from overstating the benefits of their service. If I praise Claude for anything, then it’s only because I can back my claims with personal experience.
